We currently offer shipping to the UK and Ireland .
if you would like a post quote on an item or parcel under 2KG on the website that falls out of this area ie Europe or America - please use the chat feature to ask us for an individual quote on your shopping items
How much is delivery?
So that we can keep our individual prices low but our delivery quality high, we charge from £5.50 for each completed order to be delivered
Our shipping costs incorporate the parcels weight, size, as well as tracking and full insurance supplied by the courier service; as well as a contribution towards the cost of the packaging supplies. Please bear in mind the boxes/wrapping we use to keep your purchases safe on their journey do cost us too.

All Orders Under the Value of £50 NEXT DAY SERVICE: £6.50
All Orders Over the Value of £50.01 - NEXT DAY SERVICE : £7.50
Does not including picking and packing times that may take up to 5 working days.
Ireland Postage & Packaging Costs
The prices are as follows:
All Orders Under the Value of £50: £7.50
All Orders Over the Value of £50.01: £12.00

We will not be liable for any orders held at customs. If your parcel has been returned due to being unclaimed, not called for, incorrect shipping address or received a failed delivery attempt or customs refuse it .
You will be charged for additional shipping. A resend fee must be paid and this would not be valid for any cancellation or a refund once returned by the postal company.
We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses submitted by customers or for failed delivery attempts - courier emails are issues so you can alter with the courier if you are unable to sign for your parcel. You are provided with 3 attempts and also an email to alter to a place where a signature can be provided. This is your responsibility once the package has left us - not ours. Please ensure you double check before submitting information and ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely.
If you require a faster turnaround on an item, please contact us before you place an order as for an increased cost we can send on next day delivery to some areas.
*Further Delivery Information*
Some companies inflate the price of their products and then advertise "free delivery" where in reality, they include delivery in every price which means, you are paying delivery per item instead of per order and hence why we can deliver such good costs on our merchandise.
Please note we are unable to compete with the speed of larger retail companies – I am a one lady band.. and when I can get the help of others this is greatly appreciated for speed, therefore please allow UP TO 5 working days for us to process your order before it’s shipped.
Delivery times may alter and be extended during our busy periods
i.e. Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We only offer Tracked AND fully insured services so you can keep an eye on your packages journey.
UK Next Day Delivery parcels are 98% successfully delivery within 24 hours of leaving us.
UK Standars parcels generally take 2-7 working days to arrive once leaving us, with which every postage courier we have selected (this depends on each depot receiving packages and processing times varies in each part/area/town of the country. I do not control or work for any courier so the length of delivery is out of my control once it leaves my house). As above please note it may take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order, prior to being handed over to the shipping company.
